These are the most common questions we get asked about our EOFY sale.

We use a software called Clickup to manage hours assigned to each client who has purchased one of our EOFY packages. The hours are used across planning, shooting and editing. You can book from one to twelve hours of shooting in a single session and anything in between. Most commonly clients book in 2, 5 and 10 hour blocks. Editing as a rule of thumb is usually double the shoot time - depending on the quality of the video it can be faster. Planning is usually 1 to 2 hours per project and includes crew logistics, location/date/time logistics, planning the shot list and relaying the brief to the creators. It also includes passing briefs and footage from shooters to editors and managing the timeline from concept to delivery.

This is a very common question and the answer is it's always different. With our EOFY sale packs you could create hundreds of videos throughout the year, or 3-4 really big cinematic pieces - it comes down to what you want. Sometimes you might simply need a talking head for internal communications to staff from a CEO, and other times you might need a hero brand video requiring multiple crew, talent and locations. On one video you could spend as little as 1 hour, and on others you could use 60 hours. It comes down to the videos requirements each time. Your dedicated producer will help you sync the hours to your content strategy to ensure we can spread them across your objectives throughout the year. 

We give every project 2 rounds of complimentary revisions so that we are not eating into your hours through feedback. After the 2 rounds of revisions, we can provide estimates per round of revising comments so you're always aware of what time is being used. There are never surprises.
